Utilize BOSU Balance Trainers and other tools to work your core, balance, and mobility. All classes are full-body workouts designed to help strengthen and stabilize, and to help you MOVE like an athlete. This class is 45 minutes long.
Sweat and Sculpt
Come sweat, build strength, and tone in this fun class. You will use various tools and equipment to focus on strength, function, and agility separately and as a whole at every level. This class is 45 minutes long.
Winter Hard Bodies
A strength and cardio class designed to get you where you want to be for the winter season. Work will focus on the lower half (booty and legs), core, and conditioning to help you burn fat ahead of the winter months! This class is 60 minutes long.
A fast-paced total body circuit-style class that focuses on total body strength, balance, agility, and core. We use TRX, BOSU, kettlebells, dumbbells, and more in a high-energy environment. At the end of the class, you choose to compete with yourself or others in a short, high-intensity exercise challenge.
Interval Intensity Cycling
Your comfortable spin class with a shot of nitrous. Come ready to work, as you’ll utilize seated and standing sprints and heavy resistance intervals to push your body harder than you ever thought you could on a bike! This class is 45 minutes long.
A military-inspired workout built around high-intensity intervals, teamwork, and mental toughness. Test your fitness with this great full-body workout and prove to yourself just how tough you are. Come ready to run, jump, and sweat.... and do plenty of push ups.
Perform X Crosstraining
A challenging, high-paced workout built around the concept of supersetting compound exercises. Classes will focus on a few main movements and train strength, power, and stamina. This class is 45 minutes long.
An interval-based group fitness class alternating periods of intense efforts and low-to-moderate efforts. Using a variety of equipment, cardio drills, plyometrics and time-based challenges, this class will boost metabolism, build lean muscle and challenge your notion of limits. There are three segments with one focusing on upper body, one on lower body and one on full body. This class is 45 minutes long.
A circuit-based class combining ski/snowboard-specific strength movements with metabolic cardio to set you up for a great season on the hill! This class is challenging aerobically - all movements are scalable to all strength levels, but the circuit pace is the same for all students. Come ready to sweat!
Shred Circuit 60
Shred 60 is an upbeat full body workout done in a circuit format in order to keep heart rate up and rev metabolism to keep your body burning fat all day.
A weight training class that creates serious results and strong bodies. Focuses on intense isolation exercises using free weights, barbells, resistance bands, and always ending with core. A great way to define, sculpt and build lean muscle. You can always count on motivating exercises and great music to create a thrilling group fitness atmosphere.
